國民黨主席朱立倫拋「九二共識、同屬一中」論調，民進黨2016總統參選人蔡英文昨反守為攻，要朱立倫「講清楚」，民進黨已把兩岸問題大家憂慮關切的講清楚了，「剩下來的就是朱立倫跟國民黨須回答台灣社會。」

蔡表示，朱此次談話「可能是因為九二共識之後又加了同屬一中，加深了大家對國民黨所提出的九二共識詮釋上的疑慮。」蔡強調，兩岸牌不能夠完全解決台灣的問題，還是要把重心放回國內的經濟及社會。

綠營質疑「兩岸同屬一中」說，引發綠營質疑讓渡主權；國民黨反駁，朱已清楚表明，所謂一中是「兩岸同屬一中，但內涵、定義有所不同」的九二共識，外界勿斷章取義。

民進黨立委李應元痛批，「兩岸同屬一中」是習近平2013年說法，朱的說法完全讓主權倒退！

國民黨文傳會主委林奕華嚴正反駁，指朱習會談一開始，就提到「1992年，在海基、海協很多前輩非常辛苦努力下，雙方達成『兩岸同屬一中，但內涵、定義有所不同』的九二共識。」

政策會執行長賴士葆說，民進黨只會謾罵，根本就是「一葉障目」，只要兩岸關係有一點進展，就抹紅抹黑，是一貫伎倆！
